Несмотря на постоянную эволюцию методов диагностики и лечения сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, их распространенность остается достаточно высокой с тенденцией к повышению. Это относится и к осложнениям, и к факторам риска кардиальной патологии, среди которых важное место занимает артериальная гипертензия. При данных обстоятельствах особую актуальность приобретают телемедицинские технологии, позволяющие контролировать состояние пациентов, их приверженность лечению, своевременно корректировать терапию и процессы реабилитации, оптимизировать работу медиков и экономить средства на здравоохранение.</p><p>Цель – подтвердить на основании анализа результатов научных исследований, размещенных в авторитетных базах данных, актуальность и эффективность телемедицинских технологий для удаленного наблюдения за пациентами с артериальной гипертензией.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведен поиск отечественных и зарубежных работ в базах данных Elibrary, CyberLeninka, Pubmed, MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, соответствующих теме, цели исследования и ключевым словам: «телемедицина», «телекардиология», «дистанционный мониторинг», «артериальная гипертензия», «факторы риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний», «кардиореабилитация».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На основании анализа данных научных исследований авторы показали, что инструменты телемедицины, в частности, дистанционный мониторинг, могут играть существенную роль в наблюдении, коррекции лечения и реабилитации больных с артериальной гипертензией, снижая смертность и количество госпитализаций среди них, стимулируя приверженность пациентов к самоконтролю артериального давления и терапии, оптимизируя работу врачей и экономя средства здравоохранения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Телемедицинские технологии, применяемые в отношении пациентов с артериальной гипертензией, будут прогрессировать и укреплять свои позиции среди традиционных методов профилактики, диагностики, лечения и реабилитации больных.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Despite the methods of cardiovascular diseases diagnosis and treatment constantly evolving, the prevalence of such diseases remains high with a tendency to increase. This refers both to complications and risk factors of cardiac pathology, including arterial hypertension as an important factor. Under these circumstances, telehealth technologies that allow monitoring of patients' condition and treatment adherence, timely correction of therapy and rehabilitation processes, optimization of medical staff workflow, and saving of healthcare resources become particularly relevant.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To confirm, based on an analysis of research results presented in scientific databases, the relevance and effectiveness of telehealth technologies for remote monitoring of patients with arterial hypertension.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. We searched eLibrary, CyberLeninka, PubMed, MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar for Russian and international studies using the following key words: “telemedicine,” “telecardiology”, “remote monitoring”, “arterial hypertension”, “cardiovascular disease risk factors”, “cardiac rehabilitation”.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Telemedicine tools, particularly remote monitoring, can play a significant role in the follow-up, treatment adjustment, and rehabilitation of patients with arterial hypertension, reducing hospitalization rates and mortality. These technologies optimize physician workload, lower healthcare costs, and promote patient adherence to self-monitoring of blood pressure and prescribed therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
